Our programs are crafted to offer emotional, practical, and social support for those undergoing treatment and their caregivers. From gentle workshops to cozy spaces where you can simply unwind, we’re here to make your journey a little easier.

Programs are accessible if you have a Wellbeing Centre Membership, and membership at the moment is by invitation as we work through our soft opening.

Sound Bowl Nest – Small Group Meditation

Immerse yourself in a cocoon of relaxation as you rest on a soft meditation mattress, tucked under a warm rug. Surrounded by the healing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, this session offers a deeply soothing experience.

Find Your Calm – A Guided Meditation

This session introduces meditation as a gentle way to train your mind, helping you focus and guide your thoughts. Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, you’ll be supported in exploring relaxation and self-care techniques.

Space to Be – Open House Thursdays

The Wellbeing Space is your place to simply be. This open, unstructured drop-in space is perfect for unwinding at your own pace in a peaceful environment created just for you. 

Drop in anytime to enjoy light refreshments, freshly baked cookies from our kitchen, and a range of cool and warm beverages. Bring your favourite book, sink into a cozy spot overlooking the parklands, or relax in one of our massage chairs. Explore puzzles, catch up with friends, or relish a quiet moment to yourself.

Family and friends are warmly invited to join you—this space is for everyone. Bookings appreciated.

Yoga Classes with Jak Tazzar

Show Up and Shine Yoga

A welcoming class for complete beginners, combining static poses and mindful breathing to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellbeing. Suitable for all, including those with limited mobility or injuries.

Beginner's Yoga & Relaxation: Gentle Healing with Jak Tazzar

Perfect for complete beginners—no experience needed. It's a gentle and fun way to move your body, relax your mind, and feel good.In this class, we’ll combine simple music, easy stretches, movement, deep breathing, yoga postures and guided relaxation. Everything is designed to be easy to follow, and you can go at your own pace. There’s no right or wrong—just listen to your body and move in a way that feels good for you.
