Massage Chairs
Sink into one of our massage chairs, wrapped in a warm blanket with a cup of tea or coffee in hand - and let the stress melt away.
Quiet Corners & Beautiful Views
Enjoy peaceful spaces purposefully designed for stillness and reflection. These quiet corners offer a calming break from the clinical world outside the door.
Coffee, Tea & Conversation
Drop in for a warm drink and a moment of stillness. There are no clocks or reception desks - just a place to exhale, connect, or simply be. We have wonderful volunteers based in the Wellbeing Centre who are looking forward to showing you around.
Wellbeing Library
Explore our carefully curated collection of books and resources to inspire, comfort, and support you on your journey. Our library was developed in partnership with Dillon’s Bookshop.
Thursdays at the Wellbeing Centre
Every Thursday is Space to Be - a relaxed, welcoming drop-in day for our members. There’s no need to book, simply come by any time between 10am and 3pm and make yourself at home. Our friendly volunteers, like Wendy and Rosie, will be here to greet you with a warm smile, light refreshments, fresh cookies, and cosy spots overlooking the parklands. Bring a book, enjoy a puzzle, or simply take a peaceful moment for yourself. Family and friends are always welcome. And yes...there really are cookies in the oven.
